Cookie policy
Last updated 22 October 2026
The site works without cookies. Below is everything it may store in your browser, what for, and for how long, and what YouTube's player stores if you press play on one of its videos. You can change your choice any time under Cookie settings, in the footer or beside the booking form.
Necessary storage, always on
| Name | Set by | Purpose | Kept for |
|---|---|---|---|
| prt-consent | Power Riders Tours (local storage) | Remembers your cookie choice so the dialog does not return. | 6 months |
| prt-booking-v7 | Power Riders Tours (session storage) | Keeps the draft of your booking request while you move around the site. | Until you close the tab |
| prt-booking-sent | Power Riders Tours (session storage) | Shows your request summary on the thank-you page without putting it in the address bar. | Until you close the tab |
| prt-plan | Power Riders Tours (session storage) | Remembers whether you asked to see Standard, Premium or VIP prices. | Until you close the tab |
| prt-lang-hint | Power Riders Tours (local storage) | Remembers that you dismissed the offer of the other language, so it is not offered again. | Until you clear site data |
Analytics, only with consent
Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited. Reports are aggregated; Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.
| Name | Set by | Purpose | Kept for |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Tells returning visits from new ones with a random id. | 2 years | |
| _ga_* | Keeps the state of the current visit. | 2 years |
Marketing, only with consent
Google Ads conversion measurement, provided by Google Ireland Limited. It counts a sent request or a tapped phone number after a click on one of our ads. We run no personalised advertising and build no audience lists.
Instagram videos, provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. The reels on the home and tours pages are embedded from Instagram. A reel loads only after you press play on it and only with this consent. From then on, Instagram receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, which are not in the table below.
| Name | Set by | Purpose | Kept for |
|---|---|---|---|
| _gcl_au | Links a request or call to the ad click that led here. | 3 months | |
| _gcl_aw | Stores the ad click id when you arrive from a Google ad. | 3 months | |
| prt-attribution | Power Riders Tours (session storage) | Remembers which ad, campaign or link brought you to the site, so a request you send tells us where it came from. | Until you close the tab |
YouTube videos, when you press play
The two Enduro KeX videos on the home page come from YouTube (Google Ireland Limited). Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play on one of them; the picture you see before is a copy on our own server, and each play button says the video comes from YouTube. Pressing play is your consent for that video: it loads from youtube-nocookie.com, YouTube's privacy enhanced mode, Google receives your IP address, and YouTube's player stores the entries below in your browser. We do not set them and cannot read them; YouTube decides what they hold and may change them. You can delete them by clearing the site data of youtube-nocookie.com in your browser. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

| ytidb::LAST_RESULT_ENTRY_KEY | YouTube (local storage, youtube-nocookie.com) | Part of the player's own data store. | Until you clear site data |
| yt-icons-last-purged | YouTube (local storage, youtube-nocookie.com) | When the player last tidied its icon store. | Until you clear site data |

How the choice works
On your first visit a dialog asks you to accept all, reject all, or choose per purpose. Nothing but the necessary storage runs before you decide. Closing the dialog without a choice counts as rejecting. Your choice is kept for six months and asked again if this policy changes. Cookie settings, in the footer or beside the booking form, reopens the dialog; withdrawing is as easy as accepting.
The consent is passed to Google as a signal (Consent Mode v2) so that its tags respect your choice; with everything rejected, no Google tag is loaded at all. A YouTube video is not a tag: it loads from Google only when you press play on it (see YouTube videos above).
